Pellet Plant---Ring Die
The Bhajan is designed to undertake large-scale pelletizing
processes. Our wood pellet plants include a feeder system,
conditioner, gear box, ring die mill, and lubrication system.
Dried material is transferred to the conditioner by a screw
feeder. Moisture content is the most important consideration
for the pelletization of quality pellets. For this purpose
the conditioner plays a crucial role in softening the raw
material, utilizing water or steam. After softening the raw
material it is sent by an imperative feeder to the pelleting
chamber to be converted to wood pellets. Spinning rollers
in the wood pelletizing chamber force the material through
the holes of the die, thus forming pellets. After pelletizing,
the length of the pellet can be cut per user's request.
capacity of our wood pellet plants ranges from 200 kgs to
3 tons per hour. Pellet mills are widely used for the densification
of wood, straw, and other biomass sources. Driven with a heavy-duty
gearbox, the machinery can produce continuously in most adverse
conditions. Key components are imported for the best performance,
longest service life and low maintenance costs. Key parts
are made of alloy steel to make them strong and malleable.
The die of the wood pellet plant is made of stainless steel.
We use SKF/NBC/ZKL brand bearings for our ring die wood pelletizing
plant. Our ring die is made of stainless steel.
pellet equipment features:
1. Positive direct gear drive transfers energy with 98% efficiency-less
energy is wasted.
2. Segmented die clamps eliminate alignment problems and enable
quicker die changes.
3. Metal-to-metal seals between components keep dust and steam
inside the pelleting chamber.
